I am a travel blogger and have never left the scope of visiting any place which is in my reach, of course managing my leaves and maintaining my budget as well..;).Learning new languages, conversing with people, making new friends, traveling with them.
All these are part of cultural diversity and I support it strongly. If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes straight to his heart.
Like I am basically a Bengali, stayed in Mumbai, Pune and Kerala as well. In Kolkata we have Durga Puja as the biggest festival, there are lots of things to learn and the art and the culture is mesmerizing. And when I speak as a proud Bengali at the same time I respect the culture of the Marathis as well. I have seen the way Ganpati Bappa is worshipped in Maharashtra for 10 days with such great deal of dedication. This was just an instance, like this there are so many other examples.
Visiting Bhutan was one of the best travel plan I made, There are so many things to discover there. Nature, Majestic peaks, meditate with Buddha Jee(Lord Buddha).Bhutan has taught me patience, search for happiness within ourselves and many other qualities of life. In the same way there are so many places in the world which can teach you moral values of life. I would say cultural diversity makes you a better person with more knowledges and more learnings coz you are no more then the frog in the same well.
And the best part is when you live with different people, you learn different cuisines from them as well. You learn different types of dressing, different languages. Its like you are filled up with different colors of life. Your thoughts become wide and even you try to widen the peoples’ thoughts as well whoever you come across. After few years you yourself sit with a cup of coffee and back trace, then you find yourself so changed and the change is of course for all good.
In the year 2021, I have been to few of the many famous place in the world, like California, Alaska and Yellowstone National Park. From witnessing the Aurora in Alaska, meeting the wildlife in Yellowstone, trekking in the Yosemite, visiting the lovely beaches in Malibu, San Diego and enjoying the city life in San Francisco. Been mesmerized with all the different beauties.
Sharing one of the pictures from my latest travel blog of California . The complete blog can be found in this link - 10 Days in California

The dreamland of California has varieties of landscapes all throughout the state. There is the Pacific Coast Highway along the Pacific ocean, with blue and green hues striking on the big rocks, there are big 1000s of years old Sequioa trees, there are desert lands, majestic huge mountains, some places have snow, beautiful lakes, the bay areas, the piers for walking down on the sea, happening people, food and a lot of wildlife.
California, The Golden States is stretched across 163,696 mi². So you need minimum of 20 days to cover the most happening and renowned places. Since I always have less leaves , I have to cut short the trip to almost half of it.
The major areas I visited are the below :-
1.San Francisco – Golden Gate Bridge(3 view points), Pier 39, China Town, Palace of Arts, Alcatraz.
2. Big Sur, Bixby Beach, Mcway Falls, Pfeifer Beach, Carmel by the Sea
3. Los Angeles City – Hollywood, Walk of Fame, Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica Pier
4. Lake Tahoe
5. Yosemite National Park
6. San Diego – La Jolla Caves and Shores
The attached pictures are from the famous Yosemite National Park in California and Lake Tahoe. California is a big place to cover in 10 days. But I tried to cover all the beautiful destinations ever dreamt of being to.
