I started my bike trip to Rishikesh from Gurgaon at around 7am in the morning and reached Rishikesh at around 12:30pm. We preferred taking our own bike because anyhow you have to rent a two wheeler as there is no public transport to all places into the mountains.
As we had already booked our Camps and River Rafting we headed towards our camp and had our lunch . Then we got ready fir the 16kms river raft starting from Shivpuri to Laxman Jhula.
River Rafting experience was amazing but quite exhausting too. You can also book for the Raft on the spot there are plenty on booking centres available. If you are in Rishikesh then rafting should be in your to do list.
We ended our day in our camp(swiss camp) with a bone fire and delicious meal.
Try to wake up early to experience the beautiful morning between the mountains. We started our day with a heavy breakfast. Today we had something else to do from our bucket list i.e Bungy jumping. To this activity you need to book your slot before from their official website and pay it online. We booked our Bungy jumping and Flying fox combo from JUMPIN HEIGHTS. Whole activity will take around two hours if the que is not big. Then we headed to our camp and checked out. We moved towards the main city of Rishikesh for some local site seeing. And ended our day by moving towards the Haridwar for our for the next day activities.
