Hello,
In my experience, companies with a good reputation and reviews are all legal and authentic.
The time frame for returning the amount if a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances depends on the company. You can always contact them to get the dates.
Remember one thing. All these trekking companies run by "word of mouth" philosophy. So i would say unethical behavior is highly unlikely. Just keep your worries aside and trek. You will have a beautiful time.
Hello,
By road you can use the Kuala Lumpur - Gua Musang Highway (E33) route, which starts after passing through Jalan Kuching road or Route 1. You can choose to either drive or go in a bus. Genting Express Bus Service stations are located at One Utama Shopping Mall (Petaling Jaya).
Hi Jagruti,
There are no. of ways to go from Kaula Lampur to Genting.
1) From KL sentral you can get a direct bus. You need to check time in advance else you end up waiting for next bus.
2) Taxis are good option, if you are a group. They are expensive as compared to bus.
3) If you are planning to go Genting stright from Airport, that is also feasible. Bus will charge you around RM35, Taxi around RM180.
4) You may go directly to genting or opt to break your journed in between and take cable car.
5) Please do not take cable car while coming back untill you have pre-booked your bus from the cable car station in advance. We came back by cable car & did not get the bus to KL, we end up taking taxi for KL
Temperatures feel hot for about half of the year. Hottest months are June, August, and then September. I will suggest you to visit Sylhet during Autumn (October-November) or Spring (March-April).
