Mid may to mid Oct is the best time to visit spiti valley. this region experiences summer season during the months of may to october and the temperature ranges from 0 to 15 degree Celsius. this is the best time to visit spiti valley. winters are very cold here and should be avoided. the road connectivity is also unreliable during the winters with Manali-Kaza highway being cut off.

The weather in Singapore does not vary by many degrees. Feb-April: The months between the summers and winters are quite pleasant. We preferred July-September:While tourists visit throughout the year, the festive season is a great time to explore the many facets of Singapore, especially around July when the Great Singapore Sale and the Singapore Food Festival take place. Tourist stay in Kheerganga has been banned, which means all those camps and makeshift huts will have to be dismantled and removed from the Kheerganga Top Yes, tourist can pitch their tents in Kheerganga but for that, you have to take permission from forest department. It also depends on you that for how many days you wanna stay there in kheerganga. The reason behind this step is also the Garbage. So you have to take your garbage with you and throw it inti dustbins in Barshaini or Manikaran. Parvati valley comes under the Shamshi Forest Department so you have to take permission from Shamshi Forest Department. Shamshi forest department is just 2km From Bhuntar You can go there and get the permission.
