Winter time is the best time to see Goa in its full glory. However, Monsoon time is also a good time if you are looking for a offbeat and laidback holiday. Important thing to note here is that all commercial activities might not be open in Monsoon while in Winter every thing will be at its peak.

Hello, Monsoon is good time to explore some best lush green around and amazing beaches in North Goa. Starting October end, the prices will peak until January due to Christmas and New Year but during this time it will be other side of Goa with beach DJ's and street shopping everywhere. Happy Travel!

For a 3 day trip, you would spend a minimum of 8k if you are staying in a cheap accomodation, and taking public transportaion. If you want to travel comfortable, and stay in a decent hotel, then 15-20k would be good enough. Andaman Nicobar islands are beautiful archipelago making now one such ideal time to visit. Katchal islands is the first sunrise spot, while you can spot sea cow and large turtles. You would find lot of limestone caves, while it’s an ideal spot to scuba dive. There are sea plane launches, and only two falls prevail in the whole island. If you are a beach traveller, adventurist and a history buff Andaman is one such ideal spot to travel too.

It's a paradise. The islands have lost enormously due to the ill fated Tsunami in 2006. The natural beauty, beaches, coral, water sports, everything is stunning and should not be missed. I visited it way back in 2011 and even got the opportunity to visit the underground stalactites in the area inhabited by the Jarawa tribe.
