Here are some spots to explore
Dhamma chakra stupa
Musical gardens
Ambazari lake
Amba Khori falls
Maharaja bagh zoo
Deeksha bhoomi
Dragon palace
Rail museum. All these places are 4 to 5km away from the main city. You need a day to visit the falls, which you can club with the palace. Markanda is 7km away which you can club with lake, temple spots.

Shimla is beautiful hill Station of Himachal Pradesh. You can explore number of Tourist spots before reaching Shimla on the way to Shimla from Chandigarh like Kasauli Barog Dagshai Jail Solan Shoghi Tara Devi temple
After crossing Shimla You can go to Kufri Mashobra Naldehra Fagu Narkanda Hatu Peak Thanedar Tani Jubbar Lake

Shimla is 7 hours away from Amritsar.,On the way you could stop by Gobind sagar lake, rose garden, then enter Chandigarh stop by Rick gardens , Sukhna lake. From this lake Shimla is 3 hours away. Some spots you could touch before reaching Shimla is Chail 1 hour away from Shimla
Narkanda is 2 hours away while Shoja is 5 hours away.

There are number of places to be covered in Udaipur like Lake Pichola Fateh Sagar lake Sajjan Garh Monsoon Palace Saheliyon ki Bari City Palace Around Udaipur- Ekling ji, Nathdwara nd Haldighati You need atleast 2 to 3 days for Udaipur Tour For Udaipur to Jaisalmer My Suggestion is Catch night bus from Udaipur to Jodhpur. Next day Morning you will reach Jodhpur. Get Room For Fresh up nd go for Jodhpur Sightseeing. From Jodhpur Catch night train to Jaisalmer

You Should divides Goa tour into North Goa nd South Goa. Give one day to explore North Goa nd One day for South Goa. Explore beautiful beaches, Historical Churches of Goa
UpvoteCommentGoa is of two parts- North Goa south Goa. Since you are planning only for 4 days, either you plan North Goa exploration or south Goa exploration. If you are covering North Goa here are some spots you can cover in 4 days- starting with Vagator beach you can cover Baga, calangute, candolim, Arambol and sinquerium beaches. Forts like chapora, Reis magos fort are must visit spots. Anjuna flea market is a place to shop while try to plan one museum visit. The beaches mentioned above have water activities, in any of the beach you could enrol. Coming to south Goa- you could start with Palolem then move on towards, Arambol, colva and galgibaga beach. You could devote a day for dudhsagar falls which has some interesting activities around. Besides here beach shacks are popular while Tambdi surla temple and shri shantadurga temple are places to visit. You could also cover saviour word church and three kings church.

Well i would suggest stop taking these medicines because it may deliver symptomatic relief but the cause is still there ,so stop fooling yourself.

From Goa Gokarna is 3 hours away. From Gokarna murdeshwar is 1 hour away. So totally you need 5 hours to cover both spots from Goa. Yes there are lot of transport centers who offer inter state self drive cars. You can check with Zoom cars. Also check with justdial.
