Hi!You can surely visit Chandigarh,Delhi and Agra. Even Rajasthan might be a nice option. But avoid Himachal Pradesh and UTTARAKHAND. As much as the hills look beautiful and green in monsoon, there's always a risk factor of landslide and cloudburst. As you must have read the recent news of Cloudburst at Choj and House collapse at Chopal,H.P. So try avoiding the hills in monsoon.Thanks :)

It is safe. If you are taking Bandipur route you need to halt. If you are taking Mysore route it is a long route but straight road. If you are opting for Coorg route sunrise spots are great.
