Depending on which side of goa you choose; south goa then benaulim has many places that are budget friendly!, north goa then morjim has good places but wont be budget friendly!

In Gokarna you can keep 1 day aside to do a day tour to Yana caves and Mirjan Fort and. You will get to enjoy food and drinks at shacks and water sports at Kudle Beach. If you are religious and spiritual then you may want to visit the Mahabaleshwar Temple near Gokarna Main Beach. Spiti might be closed during last December to mid Jan due to heavy snowfall. I would suggest you to go during Mid Feb- March. The best time to visit Spiti for winter experience.
