June is an excellent time to explore a number of places in India. I would suggest that you head to the mountains to escape the heat. June is a magical time to visit off-beat destinations like Jibhi, Chitkul, Spiti Valley or Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh. In Uttarakhand, you can visit Munsiyari, Mukteshwar or Kasardevi. All of these places do not get super crowded even during summer because they're still very remote. If you're looking to beat the heat and unbearable crowds, you will love these destinations.

Things to do- I would suggest the following:
Any one beach in North Goa- Baga, Calangute or if you wanna avoid crowd, you can go to Keri beach also.
One South Goa beach- Majorda etc.
Forts like Reish Magush fort or Aguada Fort
Old Goa churches (there are many more beautiful churches- drop me a message if u want more info on this)
Dudhsagar waterfall

First of all it will be extremely impossible for you guys to do adventure of bike trip to ladakh in the month of April... Manali Leh Highway or Srinagar Leh Highway will be surely closed... you need to directly land in Leh if you want to do this adventure..
Although if you prefer to land in Leh than it is sure that you will find it very budget friendly as flights to Leh will be slightly cheaper than pick season of May-june-July... Stays and bike rentals within ladakh will also cost you less.. places around will be less crowded so you can enjoy in better way.. but keep in mind you can travel via Manali or Srinagar it's is extremely impossible to get roads open during April..
