Drivezy and Zoomcar are available in all major cities, But i dont recommend it if you are a pro/fast driver coz the speedlimit for big SUVs is 120 and regular 5 seater cars is 80(overspeed fine is 500 per once) and i dont find it practical for long drives. Otherwise if u are ok with low speed then u can book before hand and get cheaper deals.
June will be pretty hot so try to avoid late afternoons.. Depending on your interest you can choose things to do.. Of course beaches are the primary attraction . Now, you have 2 options - north goa and south goa
North goa is the more commercial and bustling region - you can stay near calangute or baga
Hire a bike or 2 wheeler and hop various beaches in north
Visit chapora fort (closes at 5 ) for your own dil chahta hai moment
Titu’s lane has famous party scenes
Anjuna has night markets Then there is south goa that has cleaner beaches and expensive resorts with private beaches.. if you are willing to spend... this can be a very surreal experience.. stay in palolem or varca Then there is the central area of Panaji You can visit the various churches here and spend time at the casino if you are interested
Mcleodganj is a perfect summer getaway! however 10 days are more than enough cover the whole area. but you wish to stay there for a month, it's still good. That place is worth several visits. go for it
Must visit Nathula Pass and then go to Hanuman tok which is great architecture and beautiful.
Then Tashi view point, Rumtek Monastery, Ganesh tok these are places for day 2.

If you are travelling to Kheerganga I will suggest that you must carry a Jacket. Regarding items apart from jacket you will get blanket at top as there are lots of options to stay in tent at the top. they provide you with all things. Keep your luggage light as you have to trek carrying the whole weight.
P.S. Take rubber shoes on rent at the beginning of the trek as it is very helpful during climbing.
