Koh Samui is more of beaches, waters and water sports. It’s famous for picturesque views, sunrise and sunset views and few lovely islands nearby. Koh pangan is called gem of Thailand which has lovely weather, great party culture, scuba, best sea food and jaw dropping trek views. Koh tao is called as secluded paradise hamlet, meaning turtle island. Beauty prevails both external and inside the waters of this island. An ideal place to view best underwater sea life. My choice would be Koh Phangan and Koh tao.

Baratang is a mangrove forest to spend a day which is 150km away
If you are a cave explorer limestones caves is 3 hours away from port Blair
Rangat island is full of sandy beaches popular for sunset views too. Just check once with local people or in the hotel you stay if this island is open. Mayabunder is a turtle nesting ground filled with mangrove trees. It’s a picturesque spot filled with few activities to do. Andaman is a place for beach lovers plus surrounding around. December is no monsoon month, filled with coolness though you won’t feel chill.

AnswerWishlistHistory of Rann utsav starts from 2005. It is held in Dhordo village Kutch Gujarath. It is usually celebrated from October to February. A tribute to culture, filled with folk dances, musics, cuisines. You need to book well in advance confirming you stay Regarding reaching, Ahmedabad airport is well connected. From the airport or the city there are buses to Kutch. In Kutch you could take a cab or auto to reach this spot. This year this festival is held between 1st November to 20th February.

The process is this way. You need to apply in Manipur ILP online portal website. You would find three kinds of permit, choosing accordingly, uploading the documents they have asked you submit the form. Fees payment links are provided too based on the type of permit. I personally feel once you have received the ILP you book your tickets. I have not travelled to Manipur, but few people I know travelled in July, through them I got the above info.

Only tribe members can answer thisThe trek starts from Radhanagar beach. From any part of Havelock you reach the beach. From there 15 to 20 minutes away is Neil’s cove. There are guards in the beach at the entrance or in the beach, ask them the turning point to the cove. You have to walk towards the north side of the beach, yards away you will start seeing reefs, crossing them minutes lagoon appears that is Neil’s cove. There are no boards, definately enquire.

If you are planning to drive it takes 11 hours to reach Kanyakumari. Other forms are reaching by train or by bus. You need two days to spend in Kanyakumari. Starting with Kanyakumari beach sunrise Visiting Thanumalayan temple, vattakottai fort is 5 km away. Tsunami monument, view tower, Gandhi mandapam, if possible you can cover wax museum. Evening definately stop by sunset beach, sanguthurai beach and reach city market to eat and shop. Next day plan a ride to Vivekananda rock memorial, Thiruvalluvar statue, Kumari Amman temple and proceed either towards Padmanabhapuram palace or thiraparappu falls. In Trivandrum you have lots to explore besides the palace and near the falls there are activities like boating and swimming with local cuisine to taste. From Kanyakumari Rameshwaram is 5 hours away. Same you need two full days to explore. Starting with Rameshwaram temple Jatayu theertham Agni theertham Villoondi theertham jada thirtham are must visit spots. Evening you can cover aquarium, Ariyaman beach sunset, Abdul Kalam house and bird sanctuary. Next day you can explore dhanushkodi visit the deserted town, small beaches and temples like Thirupullani. You could do a pamban bridge ride and shop a lot. Either you head towards Madurai or Trivandrum to make your return journey to Bangalore.

UpvoteCommentFrom Phangan Ko tao is 45kms away. While Phangan to Koh nang yuan is 48kms away. So from Phangan these spots are nearby. My advice would be to travel from Phangan.

It takes 3 hours to reach Kundapura from jog falls. There are connecting buses also private buses. Since they go via Shimoga another forty minutes is added to your journey. Another way is by cab where you can reach direct and fast.
