Actually, you can visit Bali at any time, because Bali only has two seasons, the rainy season and the dry season. Because most tourists want a vacation during the dry season in Bali, the level of tourist visits to Bali will increase. Both foreign tourists or Indonesian tourists. Months in Bali that have high tourist visits occur in June, July and August. it's better to come during the low season or often referred to as the low season, on the island of Bali it occurs in March, early April, September, October, November, early December. source: https://baliindonesiaholidays.com/what-is-the-best-month-to-visit-bali-indonesia-for-holidays/

Chopta is called as mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand. Filled with velvet meadows, views of Himalayas, evergreen forest, Chopta trek is a medium grade trek which is done for 5 days. The distance between Chopta and Rishikesh is 5 hours. On the other hand Kedarkantha trek is a 6 day trek which is a summit and mainly undertaken by beginner and seasoned trekkers. Stunning views, beautiful villages, and the feel you are in the Himalayas is guaranteed. From Kedarkantha Rishikesh is 5 hours away. My advise would be Chopta for its stunning beauty, and nature. Someday you should try Kedarkantha trek too. Parvathi river, Maniharan sahib, chalal, Buddha palace, Shiva mandir and shopping are places to visit in Kasol. Unable to find correct timing of the bus from Kasol to Mandi. Looks like HRTC buses direct are not there. Mandi is 4 hours away from kasol. You could either go by private bus where travel duration might be a bit longer, while cabs, taxis are available too.

Go for Manikaran sahib and a hike - could be any hike as per your comfort. Also make sure you spend time along pravati river .

When are u planning to go ? I'm just back from Kedarnath a week ago. So I would suggest you not to visit Kedarnath before October. it's hell crowded now. You won't get any hotels now. Moreover from Mid of June Monsoon is arriving so it would be better to skip that area in monsoon.
