On the very next day, reached New Jalpaiguri railway junction at 2 am., took rest and hired a car upto Darjeeling More @rs 40 shared, thn reached Sukhiapokhri near abt 9am frm Darjeeling more @rs 170... Aftr reaching sukhiapokhri started journey again by a reserved car upto Manebhanjang which is 8kms frm Sukhiapokhri..

On 3rd day, started our trekking in the early morning nd reached chitrey by walking 1hrs , thn reached Meghma,nd finaly Tumling via Tonglu... Stayed at Siddharth Lodge.. Fooding nd lodging s nominal thre as the hill station rates specly in Manebhanjan....
Nxt morning we enjoyed the view of Kanchenjunga frm Tumling... Awsome place it ws.... Very good accomodation...nd started our trekking towrds Kalipokhri which s near abt 12 kms frm Tumling.. Thre U cn take rest at Gairibas, Joubari, Batasey, kaiyakatta etc... Bt we stayed at Kalpokhari...Aftr reaching Kalipokhri u cn see a holy black pond... kali Pokhri...we rested at Himchule lodge... Very good accommodation...very good room side view.. The cost of fooding nd lodging s a little bit higher than Manebhnjn/Tumling... U cn enjoy a small prism view if Mt. Everst behind this lodge... U cn ask the home stay owner or stffs abt this aesthetic view....
Next morning finaly we started fr Sandakphu which s 7kms frm Kalipokhri.... The road s very steep nd journey s very much thrilling through the edges of singalila ridge... Reached Sandakphu aftr an hectic journey of 5hrs... Nd thn u cn enjoy the pristine view of kanchenjunga nd mt. Everest nd also some other peaks like Makalu, Lohtse, Pandim, Kadma etc... A place near Sandakphu named Aahl s a very good sunset point... U cn also enjoy the beauty of Sleeping Buddha consists of many peaks.... Best room view u cn get frm Sandakphu s Sunrise Hotel... Nd the most important thing s tht, u hve to book a car within 2 pm fr nxt day trip.... No cars wll be available aftr 2 pm frm Sandakphu....
Next morning enjoyed the sunrise nd sleeping buddha again... Hotel sunrise... Highest hotel in sandakphu... Thn retned to manebhanjang by Vintage Land rover which rents rs. 4000.... Fixed rate...
Mind it guys, that u wont get any shared car fr Sukhiapokhri frm manebhanjang aftr 3pm... Its a very good place to enjoy the beauty of nature, flora nd fauna, some wild animals nd mainly Red Panda....
Also, u cn go fr Phalut... Which s 21kms frm Sandakphu... Its also a vry good place if u want a little bit bttr view of sleeping buddha.... Bt u get limited homestays or huts in Phalut... Bttr to book huts at phalut if in plan... If Phalut s in plan thn it might be a round trip via phalut thn shrikhola thn gurdum thn rimbik thn sabargram thn again manebhanjan ir darjeeling... Moreovr Sandakphu s the highest point of west bengal... U ll get best view nd bst trekking exprnce frm thre...
