Many of the people around us says that “a trip to goa with friends will be like a ‘party all night’ all day long”but each and every time we plan a trip to goa,there is someone in the gang who spoils the plan
After many discussions amongst us,I saw the approved smiles which finally lead to GOA.
I’ve departed alone from Kempegowda International Airport,Banglore and arrived at dabolim Airport,GOA. After a journey of 1 hr 15 mins(approximately). My friends has started their journey from Hyderabad a day before.
We’ve travelled to Dudhsagar Falls in a vehicle which is about 40-50 km from our stay.Unfortunately the falls are not spectacular at the time we visited as it is a dry season,the actual scene could be seen during monsoon.It is located in wastern ghats and I’ve heard it is the tallest water falls in India.
Reaching the place by road,there will be a short trek which leads to the Falls.Apparently I’ve seen a train passing by the falls which has an unscheduled stop for a couple of minutes for the passengers in the train.
We’ve tried different ‘Goa’n food which includes most of the sea food.
on day-2 we spent our whole night at Baga beach which is wonderful for overnight parties.colourful lights all over and the shacks over there were really awesome,in each and every shack people were partying.
Most of the shacks closes at 3-4 AM depending upon the season.we’ve experienced a crazy time on the night we spent at baga beach.Baga beach was really a fun moment in Goa.
Grande island is the other place to visit in Goa.We can reach the island by means of water.There will be a combo of island trip which includes the boating from the starting point till the island and a return boating to your original place.And this also includes food.The boating trip for island costs about Rs.1000/- per person.The time taken to reach the island was about 45 mins - 1 hour.
Boating was fun,we could spot dolphins in the middle of the water and they stops for some couple of minutes to have fun in water with your mates.They provide life jackets for each and every person in the boat.after reaching the island they leave us for about 3 hours approximately.In between we’ll have food which they prepare on spot.The food is not up to the expectations.
Those who wants to experience the scuba diving which may have some extra charges about 2k-3k per person.
Chapora Fort-
On day 4 we visited Foet Chapora which is near Vagator beach.The whole beach could be viewed from Fort Chapora.It was mid day and the hotness has dehydrated us.But we had a great time at Fort chapora.
The evening we spent at Anjuna beach which is one of my favourite places in Goa.Anjuna beach is different from other beaches in Goa,the classy shacks drove me crazy.In the evenings while the sun is setting,the experience we have at Anjuna beach is like being alone with no one around you.The combination of the wind and the soothing sound of waves makes us feel happy.
The final day of our trip.we explored the local streets of goa in the day time and in the evening it’s the wrap up for the tour.we had bus to catch-up and travel to Hyderabad.
It was fun and we had spent a great time in Goa which could not replace any of my trips till date.
Finally sharing my experience and memories along with my friends in Goa is unforgettable.
