Even though I have been to Mcleodganj twice already, it still has got very much to offer. Situated at an good altitude above Dharamshala, Mcleodganj is a go to destination for everyone looking for anything. It has treks, awesome views, markets, culture and great food.
We stayed at Hostelavie which is at even greater height and provides an splendid view of the valley. The sunrise from there will make your day. Apart from that, you can spend one whole day trekking triund.
There are many goof cafes in Mcleodganj that include some authentic Tibetian food, Italian food and our own Indian food. You can also visit Bir for adventure sports and Kangra for a beautiful road trip. Bhagsunag waterfall is a mist visit during monsoon and if you wanna enjoy food must visit Shiva cafe there.
Tibetian museum, monastery and market are the main attraction and heart of Mcleodganj. The art and craft projects the impact of Tibetian culture present there.
The place has a great vibe and you would find people from different countries there. The only place I still haven't visited which is a must visit is Kareri Lake.
