Lumbini Park Reviews

After walking a lot in the day, this is the perfect place for relaxation and amusement. Lumbini Park has been named after birthplace of Siddhartha who later came to be known as Lord Buddha. Close to the famous standing statue of Lord Buddha and Hussain Sagar Lake (which happens to be the largest artificial lake of Asia), the Lumbini Park is a place worth visiting. A scenic location adorned with lush greenery, this park is a perfect to laze around. Don't miss the Musical Fountain and 3D Laser Show which happen between 06:30 - 08:30 PM (check for actual times, both are different shows). There's also a ferry boat arrangement that takes you to the Buddha statue for a much closer look and for an amazing scenic view of the entire lake.
To reach the tallest monolith of Buddha you have to set sail here. But there's much more to do. The laser show is said to be one of the best (and I could not see it). The water cascade the rides ---this is a place to hangout with friends & family.
You can do boating here either on a motorized speed boat or get into Bhageerathi to see the dance show on the deck of the cruise as you are shown around the Buddha Statue. The best time to visit Lumbini Park is in the evening.
One of the attractive and crowded spots in Hyderabad! The laser show and the boat ride make the tourists go crazy! And the stunning tall Buddha statue is a landmark!
Another equally amazing place as NTR Gardens is thus park. A must visit place to experience the night-light beauty and the Amazing water pool with colorful eye-catching lights.
