That climate where you feel a bit of sweat and cold at the same time, then it’s nothing but the signs of turning the pages of your calendar to welcome the best month of year 'November'. This month is considered to be the excellent time to visit India and there are many celebrations going on in every part of our diverse culture-rich country. This post covers the top most destinations to visit in India this November and that too in low budget. Have a look on some of them –

Rann of Kutch –

Kutch is located in Gujarat and is particularly famous for its ‘Rann Utsav’ that lasts for four months starting from November. This is the perfect time to get lost in the scenic beauty of white sand. From jungle safari to shopping, there are many things to do.

Duration – 3 days are maximum

Accommodation – Opt for a package which provides the stay in local bhunga camps. Or you can visit the official Gujarat govt website for further information.

Places of Interest – Aina Mehal, Mandvi beach, Swaminarayan mandir, etc.

Reaching there – Bhuj Airport and Kutch railway station are appropriate.

Cost – Go for taking a package and it won’t cost you more than 7k for 3 days.

Jaisalmer, Rajasthan –

This can be your second option if you want to explore India this November. Though there are innumerable attractive places to visit in Rajasthan but Jaisalmer tops amongst all. Be it the forts or the palaces, every place has a different story to tell.

Duration – 3 days are maximum

Accommodation – opt for a haveli stay or a more authentic hotel

Places of interest – Jaisalmer fort, Gadisar lake, Salim singh ki haveli, etc.

Reaching there – Jodhpur airport or Jaisalmer railway station is best advised

Cost – 6k for 3 days

Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand –

If you are a wildlife enthusiast and want to spend some time close to nature then this destination should be your first choice. There is wide range of flora and fauna in the national park. Not just tigers but if you are also a bird watcher, take your camera along and click the beautiful pictures of all time. You can go for a jeep safari there.

Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh –

When the best destinations are taken into account, how can Varanasi stay behind? This is the perfect place to stay and relax. From age old temples to ashrams and yes the ganga ghat, there is so much to explore in Varanasi or Banaras. This is the happening place for the celebrations and the religious activities. In the month of November, you must attend the Ganga Mahotsav or Dev deepavali for the once in a lifetime experience.

Duration – you must atleast spend 5 days or till the mahotsav ends

Accommodation – there are many hotels available varying upto affordable prices

Places of interest – Kashi vishwanath temple, Ghats, Sarnath museum and other local temples

Reaching there – Varanasi is well connected via rail, road and air. It has its own airport and railway station

Cost – it is totally dependable as per your stay. But this religious city is comparatively cheap

Orchha, Madhya Pradesh –

If you staying nearby delhi, you can simply plan a trip to orccha during any weekend. This place is located on the banks of river Betwa. It is the heritage travel spot which experience footfall of tourists all round the year. Orccha is not just famous for its Ram temple but there are other places too.

Duration – Maximum of 2 days are enough

Accommodation – you can go for nearby hotels at pocket friendly prices

Places of Interest – Ram mandir, bird sanctuary, River rafting, chhatris, Jahngir mehal, etc.

Reaching there – Gwalior airport is nearest and orchha railway station is also good option. This place is connected via road too.

Cost – if you are travelling solo then there are not much expenses apart from stay and meals. So you can plan as per your requirement. But yes everything is budget friendly.
