Day # 1 Delhi To Ramnagar (Uttarakhand)
Reach Delhi or Dehradun from your respective home town , Then book a cab for a round trip. Drive to Ramnagar (250km from Delhi-7 hrs and 220 kms from Dehradun - 6hrs journey) for jungle safari.
Note: For Tiger spotting jungle safari, kindly pre-book the safari zones(Jhirna/Bijrani/Dhikala/Durgadevi/Sitabani/Dhela) and safari vehicle from the official site of Jim Corbett National Park well in advance a week. Enjoy the Safari and return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in Ramnagar
Day # 2 Ramnagar To Joshimath.
One of the longest route but you can truly witness the beauty of Uttarakhand enroute Joshimath. Start early in the morning to reach Joshimath by evening. (its a 10 to 11 hour long journey)
If reached early seek blessings at Narsimha Temple (Newly built and inaugurated in 2018). The place where the Badrinath Idol is shifted and worshipped during winters.
Day # 3 Joshimath To Auli
Joshimath to Auli Ropeway is a highest and longest ropeway in Asia after Gulmarg, Auli cable car covers a distance of 4 kms.
Major Activities in Auli:
1. Cable car and chair lift will give you panaromic views of Auli and the artificial lake.
2. Skiing: Auli is named as the Skiing capital of India and host international skiing games and events every year.
3. Trekking : the Gurson Bugyal trek is 3 km from the last tower of ropeway. This gives mind blowing views of Nandadevi peaks. Enjoy the entire day in the Himalayan lap and return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day : 4 and Day 5 - Joshimath to Chopta Tungnath to Ukhimath
Now the return journey begins but we have two best ever locations enroute, one is Tungnath (Trek of 4 kms (3500 mts) to the World's Highest Shiva Temple and Chandrashila peak (4000 mts) and secondly Ukhimath (place where Shri Kedarnath Idol is shifted and Worshipped during winters). Spend the night in Chopta and visit Ukhimath the next morning.
Return to Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun or Delhi thereon.
