The Part-2 of this Jaisalmer series covers some of the outskirts of the Jaisalmer City and the Real city vibes (fort, lakes, havelis etc):
1. Drive from Sam to Longewala border: One of the best 120 km road to drive in India.
2. Longewala Yudh Sthal: for the patriotic vibes. The place has been build in the memory of India-Pakistan war in 1971 (Border Movie)
3. Tanot Mata Mandir: the Spiritual belief says that because of this temple, the 3000 bombs planted for the attack by the Pakistan didn't even blasted because of the blessings of the Tanot Mata.
4. Tanot Mata Mandir to Jaisalmer City: another 130kms awesome drive. The real feel of the desert can only be taken if one stops in between the middle of nowhere in the desert.
5. Gadisar Lake: a beautiful Lake situated in the heart of the Jaisalmer City, built by Maharaja Raval Jaisal to meet the water needs of the city.
6. Jaisalmer fort stay and the City vibes: one of the best Sunrise is seen from the fort stay, endless shopping in the only living fort of India, exploring Mahals, Havelis and temples here going to some another world only.
