It was 2016 year end we had couple of days leave left and new year eve is on knocking on door, so to make it memorable we planned to go somewhere but as of year end we were not getting any hotels available some places near to Bangalore. As a result we decided to go to Mysore and Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary.
We 4 started our journey for Mysore around 1pm by car. On the way to Mysore we had our lunch and reached Mysore around 4pm. We checked in a hotel and freshen up , then we went to mysore palace to see the lighting. I'ts been long back I visited Mysore palace at night. It was so beautiful, the palace was looking so beautiful with all the light decoration. There was a band party playing music and making the evening wonderful though the place was crowded because of weekend. We took many snaps and sat there for long time.
Next day morning we went to Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, which is 13 km away from Mysore city and 128 km away from Bangalore city. Its a very nice place , you can easily spend your whole day there.
