Wengen village is (around 30 mins from Interlaken East) perched on mountain top offering a stunning birds eye view of Lauterbrunnen. This peaceful hamlet, just one train stop from Lauterbrunnen is mostly frequented by Americans & often skipped by South Asians.
How to reach?
Take train from Interlaken Ost (East) to Lauterbrunnen (20 mins ride), then change platforms & hop on to train going to Kleine Scheidegg. It's a short & super beautiful 10 mins ride to Wengen(Wengen is the very next stop)
