I am Alex and this is my little blog about games and travels. I live and work in London, I was also born there, although my parents themselves are from Poland. I work in an online toy store; my task is mainly to prepare and send goods. In my free time, I am fond of travel and games. I often combine these two things quite easily, because now most games are mobile and I can play them anywhere. Mostly I play various slot machines that are ground-based and online slots.
So, I want to tell you about my three-day trip to the heart of Australia, Sydney. Australia has always been a desirable place for me for several reasons:
- This country attracts with its exoticism and range. Australia seems supernatural.
- I have friends from Sydney, who helped me organize my trip.
- Australia is now one of the leading centers in the gaming industry.
I think now you understand why I wanted to visit Australia. My trip was 100% successful, thanks to a large part to my friends Anna and Jeremy, who helped me a lot and showed me their beautiful city. I was delighted with my trip to Sydney. Although I was only three days in the city, which is very small for it. But still, I was able to see most of the planned places from my list, and most importantly, plunge into the gaming atmosphere of an Australian casino.
Day 1 – Walking Tour, Sydney Harbour Boat Tour.
The first full day in Sydney I had to spend alone and rely only on myself, the map and the friendliness of the people since it was Friday and my friends worked. In order not to get lost and see as much as possible, I decided to spend the day in pedestrian mode. I'm not a fan of paying for tours, so I prepared my own itinerary tour using the Internet while sitting at my friends' house at breakfast.
We had lunch at a local cafe and Anna led me to The Rocks Markets where I saw on sale a lot of different jewelry, souvenirs and even just felt the colorfulness of the place. Since this was my last day, I was able to afford to spend money without hesitation. As a result, I bought gifts for all my relatives who live in London, but they were not few. Also I did not forget about myself, having bought all sorts of sweets and trinkets. I tested various drinks, food and listened to local musicians - it was very atmospheric. Also, we went to The Rocks Discovery Museum which was nearby. An excellent small historical museum dedicated to the old district of the city, besides it was still with free admission, which could not but rejoices.
After that, I packed my things and went to the airport. It was an unforgettable and delightful three-day trip. I saw a lot, enjoyed and received many cool memories, as well as a whole photoshoot, and a large number of gifts.
I decided to take a walk to Harbor Bridge and take Sydney Harbour Boat Tour to see all the beauty of the harbor while sitting in a comfortable boat - these were my main goals for the day. I also walked along the beautiful streets with excellent drawings on the walls, dined in a great place Bird & Bear Boathouse, and visited the Museum of Contemporary Art. Next, I took coffee in Gusto Cafe and headed straight to Sydney Harbour Bridge - this is a delightful place with a magnificent unforgettable view.
Anna and I went to Sydney Botanic Gardens, this is a great place with incredible views and nature. The park is simply incredible in size, London did not even dream of this. Anna helped me make a whole photoshoot on the background of various sculptures and flower beds. After that, we rented bicycles and rode around the park.
After the bridge, I went to the Sydney Harbour Boat Tour. To tell you the truth, the tour was worth the money, so if you find yourself in Sydney take it without hesitation. The main thing that I liked was a gorgeous view of the entire harbor, the Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. It was also interesting to look at the extravagant coastal mansions of various celebrities and watch the water inhabitants, I saw a large number of dolphins and even seals. Previously I saw them only in delphiniums.
Day 2 – Museum of Sydney, Opera House, The Star.
My second day began much more fun. It was Saturday and my friends were completely at my disposal. My plans for this day were to visit the Museum of Sydney, Opera House and the cherry on the cake was Sydney's largest casino - The Star.
Let's start in order, we had breakfast and headed to the Museum of Sydney. I really liked the museum. Aboriginal sculptures, artifacts, and primitive paintings - all this can be seen in the museum, plus my friends were in the role of guides and told me about the indigenous history of Sydney. It was very interesting. Then we headed to an incredible building Opera House. It’s not quite white, as it is done on postcards. I took some photos of the opera and a few more selfies in the background of the building, that’s all. Unfortunately, I could not get to the show, there were too many people. It was already evening, we got hungry and decided not to go far, and immediately dine at the Opera Bar.
After such a busy walk, we put ourselves in order, changed clothes and headed straight to the casino The Star. I could not wait for the first game. So, the first thing I went to was my favorite slot machines. Their number was unmeasured, the choice was very good. Entire hefty ranks with slot machines fascinated me. I started playing games that I knew. I wanted to compare ground machines in Australia with the online slots that I play at Freeslotshub - https://freeslotshub.com/free-slots-no-download/. Externally, the games were very similar, as well as the game structure for real money and RTP. But the jackpots were significantly different. In the online versions of the slots jackpots were higher . Playing online games is much more profitable than in ground-based gaming machines, although the sense of touch is really pleasing.
Day 3 – Sydney Botanic Gardens, The Rock.
My third and last day in Sydney. I did not have much time, because in the evening I had a plane. But still, I was able to see some more sights of the city.
Anna and I went to Sydney Botanic Gardens, this is a great place with incredible views and nature. The park is simply incredible in size, London did not even dream of this.
