11.15 a.m to 11.45 a.m
It was normal Saturday morning , after morning breakfast i was bit lazy and started to sleep(Leg day effect at gym). At 11.15 a.m got a call from my neighbor friend , "Naa Ooty polama ?" I just replied "15 mins from now will start". That's how unplanned trip starts. We started at 11.45 am with a backpack that contains a charger , 10000 mah power bank (no power in it), a rain coat(only one) and TVS Apache RTR 160 4v(Megasi).
Plan was to reach coonoor , have a biriyani at a restaurant that i already tasted and to have a tea and return back. Our hometown itself felt like Ooty but to know the weather we started .
11.45 to 1.15 pm

From here to mettupalayam via annur, karumatthampati we reached in 1 hr 15 mins. At 1 pm we are in mettupalayam.
Plan was to reach coonoor, but we headed in kothagiri route since I have not gone in that route.
1.15 pm to 2.45 pm
One and half hours of ride in the mountain road with hair pin bends and scenic beauty.
2.45 pm to 3.45 pm
We spent time in Doddabetta Peak, the entry fee is some 10 or 20 rs.
And while going up we parked our bike and had a photo session. It was really beautiful place to take photos. That one hour is freezing cold , raining throughtout the day. And my friend started shivering.
3.45 pm to 4.30 pm
We started to travel towards boat house. In between we just had a corn and coffee. Frankly saying we were in search of a heated substance to cope up the freezing cold. Bike engine heat cooled drastically so it did not helped.
4.30 pm t0 6 pm
We reached boat house and we bought jerkins. That helped. We did not tried boating since drizzling was there , took few photos , had some corn and started to return.
6 to 7.30 p.m
Reached coonoor and had dinner. We skipped lunch.
7.30 p.m to 10 p.m
From coonoor we started to drive down the hill. So around 8 pm , there was a traffic jam some 20 to 30 vehicles lined up, as a two wheeler we overtook all vehicles, no vehicles were coming up. Confused !!!
Suddenly we saw a huge Elephant gigantically walking toward us. "Day macha left edu left edu "
He also just saw the Elephant.He used all his driving skills, took left and hidden behind lorry. Thank god with the help of a lorry this side we crossed the Elephant.
8.30 pm HE: "Naa shall we drive back up to see what Elephant doing."

We reached our home. Just bought varki and chocolates in coonoor.
Overall experience
Take proper jerkins ,water proof hand glove. And do not panic if animals are crossing.
Your heart will sing " Nenju jaaalu jaalu jaaalunguthu oooooo"!!!
