This is my third time to US. I choose to fly with Singapore airlines this time with 12 hours layover at Singapore. Did lot of Google search on what to do at Singapore during the transit time. As the entry into Singapore via transit Visa is free I decided to opt for it. But the airport has lot more to provide you than you actually going out. I did a free city tour provided buy the airport and rest of my time I spent roaming in the airport.
I landed on the terminal 2. Once I exist the flight I tried to connect to WiFi but you have to get the access code from the kiosk or help desk using your passport. Make sure you have ichangi app downloaded on the phone this makes it easy to roam around the airport.
I took the 9 am city tour and came back to airport at 11.30 am. And started to roam around. There is sky train between terminals every 2 minutes. Here are few pictures.
