Day 1

Started by road from Chandigarh with my better half.

Had a halt at my in-laws at Mandi for lunch and after that headed straight for Gushaini.

Drove through the narrow roads of Himachal and reached Gushaini by dinner time.  Our stay was at Kudrat Boutique Homestay. We were welcomed by the hosts Sudhir,Bhavna and their daughter Kudrat.

Day 2

The first morning we woke up to the wonderful architecture of the place that we were staying in. After a hearty breakfast we decided to go fishing and just relax near the river bank. With some guidance from our hosts we were able to arrange a guide for the same, and the guide managed the fishing permit for us from the local authorities which was for just Rs 100. After the angling experience, we headed back to our room and spent the evening relaxing in the balcony with the wonderful view of the Tirthan valley.

Day 3

This day was spent going on an axis towards Jalori Pass, and visiting the locations enroute.

The first spot we hit was this beautiful waterfall hidden between the mountains.

The next destination was Chehni Kothi. It was a wonderful place to visit and after about 50 mins of walking we got to see such an old architecture still standing.

After a long day spent exploring this side of Himachal we retired for the day at Kudrat Homestay and enjoyed the delicious food.

Day 4

After enjoying the wonderful stay at Kudrat and exploring the Tirthan valley by road, we decided to head back to Chandigarh. We made a lot of memories in this trip, and got to know some really good people with whom we would stay in touch. I am sure that I'll be seeing them again as I still have a lot more exploring to do in Tirthan valley.
