Bastian makes almost everything in-house—from sauces to breads and even their bar menu, has replaced bottled syrups with fresh variants.

Chilling at the bar stock exchange is like playing an interactive happy hours game where drink prices increases and decreases depending on customer demands. Prices increase as more customers order the same drink and decrease if fewer customers order. This creates an ambiance similar to the stock exchange market with prices guided by demand and supply.

This list of best bars in Mumbai is fantastic. My cousins will be visiting me soon and this list saves me time in searching for places to take them out too. This way, they will be able to enjoy the superb night life of Mumbai at sophisticated places and I will end up being the cool girl who knows all the best hangout spots in the city.

Why is Toto's Garage and Ghetto not mentioned in this list of best bars in Mumbai? Both of these places represent the free spirit of Mumbai. In fact, both of these places are considered as must visit when in Mumbai. This is a very disappointing list and not even close to what the title suggests.

The bar stock exchange is brilliant. I've seen so many pictures of this place on my friends FB and online also. Out of all the drinking places in Mumbai, the bar stock exchange will be my top priority when I visit Mumbai next. I hope they open soon in my city as well.
