We went to Amritsar by bus from Jammu. It took us 7-8 hours to reach. We had reached Amritsar by 7:00 PM. We booked Fab hotel there and stay there. Then we went to Golden Temple there in night. And the beauty of golden temple is so mesmerising (you can check in photos) I can't take my eyes off from the beauty of the temple.

Tip: Here's a tip if you're travelling first time to Golden Temple, it gets closed for cleaning in night from approx 10PM to 3 PM. You can enter in the premises of temple but not in the temple.
Then we came back. The market outside the temple is very good. You can shop clothes, religious things and wide variety of mouth-watering foods. We drink the famous kesar milk served in kullhad. It was soo delicious and kullahad enhanced the taste more. It was fun looking the way uncle made this milk with his stunts.
It was a new day. We wake up early as we had plans to travel 2-3 places because we had train in night the same day. First we went to Golden Temple because we couldn't go there in the previous night. We visited golden temple. It took us 2 hours in line to visit the temple because it was Sunday. Then we had tasty Kada Prasad. But still we were hungry. So we went outside and had very tasty and delicious amritsari kulcha. They are so good I can't even tell you. Never had that kind of Kulcha in my life.
Then we went to Jallianwala Bagh situated near to Golden Temple (Approx. 500m). Memorising the sacrifice of people there gives me goosebumps. They have several movies, light shows etc. regarding the incident that happened.
P.S. They don't charge a penny for visiting there and watching shows etc.
Then we took auto from Golden Temple to reach Attari Border. It took us 1-1.5 hour to reach attari border. We were rushing to reach Attari Border because we wanted to enjoy the show by reserving front seats and we succeeded. The show there was very good and brings out the feeling of patriotism. It was one in life time experience that one shouldn't miss. In the starting of ceremony they call out girls only for dancing and flag march. It was fun.
Then we rush back to hotel as we have train. Hopefully we were able to take our train on time.
Overall a wonderful experience.
Never forgot this journey.
