For the month of August 2021, visitors can view the monument on August 21, 23 and 24, since the Taj is not open to tourists on Friday, and in UP there is a lockdown in effect on Sunday.

How many tourists are allowed?

In the revised scheme of things, there are three 30 minute slots available every evening, for visitors to view the Taj. These are from 8:30 - 9.00 pm, 9.00 - 9:30 pm and from 9:30 - 10.00 pm. In every slot, only 50 tourists will be allowed. The visitors will need to report 30 minutes before the viewing time mentioned on their ticket at Shilpgram for all the security checks.
