If your New Year resolution is to travel more, then this is the perfect time to start working on it. Giving you the perfect opportunity to start working on your 2019 holiday list, budget airline, Indigo has just launched it’s “New Year, New Sale” flash sale. Making flight tickets even more affordable, it is offering huge discounts to both, domestic and international travellers.
With all -inclusive tickets starting from ₹899 for domestic routes and ₹3399 for international travel, it created much joy for travellers after it made this announcement on it’s Twitter page.
The offer is valid on tickets booked from January 9th to January 13th 2019 and can be used for travel between January 24th and April 15th 2019. This covers all flight bookings made through all channels during this period and isn’t exclusive just to it’s website.
Having partnered with e-wallet provider Mobikwik, it gives an additional discount of 15% Supercash upto ₹500 for flyers.
This offer can be used once per user for any non-stop flights in their network and hence isn’t applicable on connecting flights. It also cannot be used for group bookings and charges will exclude any government taxes or airport charges. Despite the terms and conditions, ticket prices that are being offered are a steal- deal.
With the tough competition in this sector though, a lot of airlines are now looking at offering attractive deals to customers to get in early bookings. Jet airways under it’s Global Sale is offering upto 50% discounts from 5th January to 11th January on both domestic and international flights. Similarly, AirAsia has offered flight tickets as low as ₹999 from 7th January to 20th January 2019 for travel between 21st January to 31st July 2019.
