With regard to Paurush's comment, the headline clearly says, "These jobs pay to travel and Make a Difference". So the message here clearly delivers that these professions involve travel along with a job that serves people and makes a difference in the lives of others. This doesn't mean that I will become a nurse just because I love traveling. This is not a 'rubbish' article. Please respect the writer's hard work. If it was rubbish, this wouldn't be up on the website.
