'Travelogue' - a Word which is still so concealed, so unexplained ,and so unheard-of to many.

It's like, to explain some people about it, I have to use the term- Blogging :-(

Blogging - a word to which they are somewhat familiar.

But still, misapprehensions do exist *alas*

They misdeem it for like, writing an essay i.e. to write just for the sake of writing. But no, it's not that an easy task..

When I hear people voicing this, I am convinced that, part of the problem lies in their partial knowledge about it.

So , that's what my this article is all about - a complete knowledge on travelogues.

Honestly, it did really happen with me also .

When one of my friend introduced me to this whole new term *blogging* ,I was like

"Haan ,Haan ,sunna hai "

But I had no first hand knowledge of it.

Then suddenly emerged a whole new learner from inside me :-P

I wanted to know what it is actually. Surfing and surfing ,I got introduced to this app

Where I learnt that

To Blog = To Share

To Connect

To Create

To Inspire

Blogging is not for earning, it's about helping others with all the knowledge you have.

Emergence

The 21st century saw a peak, when travel literature became a Genre of social media, in the form of travel blogs with travel bloggers using outlets like personal blogs and various other things to convey information about their adventures and provide the advice for travelling.

What it is for a blogger?

1. A Profession

A growing trend in the industry .

You travel and write articles and you earn from it. But it's not as easy as it sounds!!

But yeah

"It's a beautiful thing when a career AND a profession come together"

2. A Passion

It rightly said,

"People with Passion can change the world for the better."

Blogging for me, is more than just writing.

It's a passion which gives me a - hope to live ,a hope to achieve something.

There's a difference between passion and profession.

When profession gives you a source of income ,

A passion gives you energy to do your profession.

I'm a kind of a person, who can't leave both, But we can at least maintain a balance between the two.

If exploring places rejuvenates me ,then blogging provides me a platform to express myself.

3 . A Growing need

Yes a need, a need of an honest review of a place, of a resort ,etc, etc.

You can easily rely on someone who has genuinely visited that place. It kind of acts like a guide.

I always believe in one thing,

"Blog like none is reading

Blog for yourself

Blog because you feel compelled to share things you are passionate about

And you'll never run out of material. "

Criticism around it

Remember, whenever you try to do something against all odds ,you do have to face the critics around you ,

I remember when first time I wrote a blog, there were a lot of people criticizing me but,I have learnt one thing

You can't shut them up, but just ignore them,or take those words as your inspiration and prove them where you stand.

And start pursuing your dream of blogging by giving all the honest content that you can give to the audience .

"Because content is anything that adds value to the readers life, otherwise it's useless"

What are my rules of blogging:-

I love to travel as well as to write .. so i just combined these both.. resulting in travelogues.

But I always blog something which is true..

I believe there's no fun of writing something without actually feeling it. So i try to be as true as i can to the audience out there.

If i review a place , or i write about a place, I make sure that I had visited it.

In the end just one thing,

We must not only blog what is popular

We must blog about our passion,

No matter how quaint

This is True Empowerment
