I love the road from Hyderabad going towards Ananthagiri Hills. Its charming 2 lane road without any partition for most parts. The trees form a thick green canopy for a decent stretch.
This morning we decided to head on this road for a breakfast ride. Instead of having breakfast at one place, we ended up sampling all the good looking places. Let me lay out the 3 best places on the road going towards Vikarabad.
1. Taj Drive-in

This place has cute outdoor seating with shade. Food was okayish. They have south indian cuisines and some snacks like patties, samosa.
There is a construction going on toward the back. So was a little noisy.
2. Tapari Chaiwala

Big place with huge parking space. They have seating outside and inside too. We ordered a onion dosa here. It was good.
They have a paan shop just outside.
3. Nakshtra Family Restaurant

Loved this place of all the three. Situated in a scenic place, surrounded by crops. It opened post corona. Decent parking space. The washrooms are clean. Loved idli there. Also, there is a chai shop at the front (on the road itself). Perfect place to sip kullad chai without unmounting from your vehicle.
Would highly recommend the third place.
