If you are from the latter you will be happy to hear that Bangalore International Airport (BIAL), the operator of Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, has created a personalised digital travel buddy to cater to the needs of flyers!
How will the BLR Pulse App help you at Bangalore International Airport?
Bangalore International Airport has created BLR Pulse app. This is an omnichannel platform created in collaboration with GrayMatter Software Services. Let's look at some of its benefits.
1. The app will help to navigate within the terminal buildings with the ‘WayFinder’ feature. It will also provide essential travel information in real time.
2. The app has an interactive chatbot feature which will enable self-sufficient mode of finding answers to customers questions.
3. Now passengers can easily book a transit hotel and complete their last-minute flight check-ins.
4. Reserve tables at restaurants, order food, pick it up at the store or even have it delivered to the gate!
5. Passengers can report and claim lost items with the use of high-speed WiFi.

How does the app work?
BLR pulse app will use real time data about the passengers location, time and provide personalised recommendations, by utilising indoor positioning, passenger flow data, travel document management, IoT, and data insights to integrate systems and services.
