the oldest monuments in india, where sri krishna devaraya built was.....Hampi...its a rafting river. Firstly there are population of 300k at that times but now hardly 3k...see there is no similarity at all..
if you are planning for a low cost getaway hampi is the best place i can assist you. But coming to the food its the way kannadian a bit you have to enjoy the taste like this.
lord ganesha here called as sasirekaalu ganesha about 4.5 metres rock statue sculptured at that time...it is very fascinating.
and finally these are the total monuments that has to be visited in hampi, when you went there especially the anjaneya parvatha..the list seems to be a little bit scarier but all these places are nearby and you can complete your trip within 3 days..
