My beloved Mountains,
I know it’s been so long and to be precise one month and 15 days exactly since my last visit to Bhuntar when I climbed up to Bijli Mahadev to have supper with you. That moment we were literally so high like 2460 metres above the sea level. I remember when I was sitting on that cliff looking down to beautiful curves. I will be honest with you I was being naughty that time but you would also send me those cold winds that I could feel with my chilling bones. I really didn't get hurt. In fact, I was actually enjoying it with my close eye, feeling your presence around me. Then, you would go crazy with winds pushing me back whenever I decided to stay longer. Now, here we are in lockdown for more than two months.
Nothing hurts me more than being departed from you for this long and I remember you every hour whenever I go through my phone gallery. Please don’t think that I have forgotten you. I still remember the deep breathe I use to take when I am on the cliff listening to you and you silently telling me a story about yourself into my ears. I still cherish those beautiful moments. This long distance relationship is hurting me every passing day but trust It’s for our own good. I don’t want you to get infected at all. Please hold on until my next visit and I am sure we will the best time of our lives. All I need is time and patience for myself. You’re the best thing in my life but I get afraid when I hear stories of husband and wife. They always fight but please don’t be rude to me when I am back.
I promise, I will make it upto you. We will our own time and space just like old days and we will start it all over again.
