Well i happened to discover this place back after a lot of research! This is a newly opened space created by one of the famous photographers of Bhutan.
Its located in Rubesa village, where you will only find the eco resort and mostly nothing in and around.
One has to book a cab from Thimpu to Wangdue and another from Wangdue to Rubesa. You are welcomed with some green tea!
The rooms are huge, elaborate and well decorated. You own a huge loo from where a beautiful view of the mountains is visible! The rooms has electric kettle for tea and coffee.
It was on offer for Rs 2500 then which now would cost 4500INR. The food is local and costs 500 for each meal. The staff is very friendly. One can indulge in their local sport, archery or go trekking to the nearby hills! They are extremely friendly and lovely people!
a must visit if you love solitude!
