An Experience like no other- Climbing the Great Wall of China!

There were 3 of us and we had booked for a package tour of the Great Wall from our University at Beijing. The tour included visit to the Wall, local temple and lunch.

Here we start! The weather was very pleasant. So we decided to climb as far as we can!

The Great Wall of China seems like a never-ending path!

Even here, there is this tradition of hanging locks on the side rail and throwing away the key into the valley!

I made a new friend on my way!

So this was our final point of the climb. It was so high above the ground and the view from here was breathtaking.
