You posted 1 trip and 2 photoblogs both are different. well I think the credits are given based on the content and the quality of the pictures ,this is what I assume either the criteria is not met ... I am sure you might have received an email from Tripto giving the reasons .

Firstly, it will be deserted. You can go if you want to see the beauty wrapped in snow but not many shops and people.
During January, the temperature is lowest and thus the Kasolians (Israelis and French) fly to other parts like Goa and Varanasi and will return from March onwards.
But Yeah you will get some really cheap tour packages for Kasol in January because tourist attraction is quite less these days.

Their is one place in Maharashtra is called Malvan.
nearest railway station is Kudal 35 km you can enjoy the best scuba diving & Snorkeling ,boating to Nevti island too. You can do in Goa also

As you said, you can travel in a local bus from Vadodara to Statue of Unity. Its only 1.35 mins far. Statue of Unity Nearest City

Vadodara railway station is the nearest rail head to the Sardar Patel statue. You can get on the public transport or book a cab to take you directly to the site.

UpvoteCommentWe talked to our hotel and they agreed to give us their vehicle for sightseeing in Shimla Kullu Manali for 16k. You can also take a bus from Delhi to Manali for 700 approx. After reaching Manali, roam around as you want. Next day go to Sollang Valley.

Local train are available from Cst station get down at Kurla station from there you can catch a taxi it's near by
UpvoteCommentTake a local to Dadar station. Outside Dadar, there are lots of share taxis that take you to LTT. Alternatively, you could take a direct cab to LTT as well but that might be expensive and time consuming.
