Hey, The best way to enter is from Jaigoan, it'd India Bhutan border. You can take flight or train till Bagdogra or NJP then take cab to Jaigoan. Transit is easy Passport is not mandatory. You can take flight directly to Paro, Bhutan as well. Check for Druk airline connectivity from your city on their website. Also their is a 1200 rupees Sustainable Development fee charged by government for each day you stay their. That you would need to pay the office where you get your permit. A guide is mandatory post Covid ,that will cost you extra.

Kuari pass trek is 5 day trek where you get to see Nanda Devi view. It is an easy trek which starts from Dhak village. Brahmatal trek shows you lovely nature where january has snow trails. If you are lucky you get to view Trishul and Nandaghunti. The best part of this trek is, you get to view the most famous alpine lake and camp around. Both treks are lovely treks, see if you can cover both with gaps. First choice I would suggest is Brahmatal trek.

From Kathmandu you take a cab to Pokhara from where Jomsom is 8 hours away. Then you trek up. Another way is from Pokhara fly to Jomsom and reaching mustang is comparatively nearby. If you plan for a bus ride from Pokhara reach bai I then another bus to ghasa then another bus to Jomsom. We stayed 3 days 2 night in tent city narmada. they provide bus facility for statue of unity. and within 3 days we covered all the things including river rafting in narmada river.

My flight is from Mumbai to Bangkok from a different airline, and then from Bangkok to China via spring airlines. Do I need a transit visa if both flights have a time gap of 5 hours??

If you are inside the airport all the five hours and you flight to China is from the same airport you don’t need a transit visa. If you are changing airports then you need a transit visa.

With snow around, cold and chillness is guaranteed when you trek. Just check regarding your stay, for in December trekking is done by less people. Best months are October and November and months after February.

You can obtain permit at police check post. PAP is issued. With this permit you can travel till Thangu. You need to carry 2 passport size pics, voters Id or DL. No Aadhar card. You will get shared taxis, local buses until a point. If you are planning travel around Sikkim better to book a travel car. Check with travel desk in the hotel you are staying, else check with justdial. Savaari.com is another site to check.

Baku is a hub city of Azerbaijan facing the Caspian Sea. A very popular historic spot which was called as Silk Road port city. Listed as one of the Unesco world heritage site there is lots to explore. Starting with Baku old city, fountain square, highland park, museum, shirvanshahs pakace, fire temple, are some places to explore. Georgia is a part of Eastern Europe surrounded by Black Sea.,Tbilisi is the capital. It’s filled with lovely views, beautiful greenery and rich deep history. Being listed under unesco world heritage site Lake rica, botanical gardens, kananitsky monastery, Central Park are some places around. Both these places are 10 hours apart.

December is winter month of Kasol. Night definately temperature dips low, while mornings the weather ranges between 11 to 15 degrees Celsius. You could cover Kullu, Malana, tosh and kheerganga. You could enrol for sar pass trek.,A day is much needed to explore inside Kasol while two days you can plan around. The best time to visit Kasol to experience snowfall is late December to January end. In fact it is truly magical then. Yes, it is pretty safe there. The best way to reach Kasol would be to reach Chandigarh & then take a cab/car to Kasol. Regarding Mahakaleshwar darshan prior booking is a must. You can do the bookings online and offline, though offline might take some more time. Omkareshwar has both bookings you can check on the temple website, else in temple premises you can make the bookings. Belief is during weekdays its easy to see the Lord at the earliest.
