Well you could do Prague, Vienna and Bratislava in the three days but you would be pushing it. Other than Bratislava, none of the other countries you are visiting will be possible in a day. I spend 4 days in Budapest and stll couldn't cover the whole city! If you want to actually enjoy your travel I say atleast 2 days in Prague and maybe 1 day in Bratislava! Bon Voyage!

Hello Sir, you dont need permit for Leh and the Ladakhi heartland region as OCI holder(considered as Indian National). However, you would need Permits for the Tso Moriri, Turtuk, Siachen and Nubra are easily arranged over a day from any of the many travel agents along Changspa lane in Leh.
