Hello Mrudul, I did not visit Norway from India but the aim was same! There are many places that you can go in Norway to see them.
There is a band in the nordic countries, above which they are visible. Some of the places that fall in that category are:
Bodo, lofoten Islands, Alta,Andoya,Senja, Harstad, Kirkenes,Lakselv,Narvik, and the Northern lights capital, Tromso. I chose to go to Tromso and belive me it was amazing. But there is high chance of also not being able to see them because of multiple factors! So you really have to be lucky to see them. I did not book any tour, we just drove off, into the wilderness and had the amazing show on display! you can read about my experience here: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/tromso-norway-chasing-the-northern-lights-photosabroad-5c5058a3098bb

Hi Sourav, The budget per head can range from Rs 9000-18000 per head depending on the way you travel. Average hotels cost Rs 1200 per day. Food per day per head will cost around Rs 500. Travelling independently in North Sikkim is difficult due to limited shared vehicle and public transportation option. So you can book your own vehicle with any tour company for the duration of your travel. The cost starts at Rs 2500 per head for 3D/2N for basic trip to all these places you mentioned. Below I have attached some trips to North Sikkim and few stay recommendations to help you plan your trip. Keep exploring!
