The distance between both the spots is half an hour. Taxis are available while trains are available and you reach fifteen minutes.

Hi, Snowfall season is over... sonamarg will have little bit of glacial snow but no snowfall as such.....you can all Arshit - 9641844914 for taxi service....i have just travelled with him in Feb

Kasauli is great but you can also try morni hill as there is a great lake called tikar tall and its very peace full too.

Bir - bilings is best option for paragliding lovers all around it's one of the best place for paragliding some another options are manali, solang velly & dharamshala I did paragliding in dharamshala it was so amazing both dharamshala & bir bilings close to kangra velly close to each other though manali is on another track

It would be humid in early to mid 30s in the day and Late 20s in the night. Better than Mumbai though. Goa can still be good all seasons I suggest :), it is a different feeling being in Goa

The months of May and October are the best time to travel the Silk Road. During May, the average temperature along the route is around 15C. The scenery is most beautiful during this month. The accumulated winter snow on the tableland is melting & the grass is turning green. though may is peak season. but if you want to see snow then you can visit from nov end till march end. but winter is freezing cold.
UpvoteCommentOctober to March is an ideal time to visit silk route. Though weather will be cold, still you get to view the lovely snow capped peaks. Try to visit before December and after February for due to snowfall the route is likely to get closed.
