Gujarat has many places, you first need to decide what you want. Kutch region is known for white desert, white rann festival happens during that time. Diu and daman are beach places. Diu would be the better one. Dang and Saputara are hill station and forest destinations. Patan and north part has ancient ruins and site. Gir, somnath etc has wildlife sanctuary and famous temples. I would suggest you decide first what you want to see. Buzz me for any further help. Happy vacay!

Are you going to use public transport or your own? You can roam around conveniently if you have your own vehicle because buses timings are a bit odd and not frequent. You can cover Manikaran gurudwara, camping, there is bridge and an hour trekking to a village (you can go in the morning).. IF you are fit you can go to kheerganga trek, but in monsoon, don't risk if you are a beginner with normal shoe.. Its risky. If not kheerganga, stay in tosh for one day. It is a different experience.

Hi Smit, Spiti Valley temperature in August varies from 15° Celsius to 4° Celsius, and contrary to the popular opinion, it seldom rains. So, don't let yourself fall for the myth because while a lot of other places receive heavy downpour during this month, Spiti usually doesn't. Attached below are few packages offered by Tripoto for hassle free travelling. Please take a look, fill the form and someone will get in touch with you. Thanks!

It is. Goa is the most beautiful place to visit during monsoons. It will be worth an experience. However, if you want to indulge in water sports, you need to opt for some other period since water sports activities are closed during monsoon.

upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Either you can hire cab from Leh, or take the state buses from Leh. Buses wont stop to get the view of confluence though. If you are fine with hitchhiking, then you would get lots of travelers/locals/bus driver.
