First Things First, Hotels in India are available at any cost and at any place(I am Talking about Travel Destinations). All you need is to find the right one for a pleasant stay. Although the number of days doesn't matter if you had a really pleasant stay. We are Living in an Era where Hotels can be Booked Online through Oyo, Goibibo, Fab hotels and almost every travel app will support hotel booking in Future.
There is no doubt in saying that Oyo and all remade the hotel stays into better ones in no time.
How do these work in the backend?
It's All about the travel destination. Once there is a good market somewhere the online companies start to grab the hotel owners and discussions will be on. After accepting the terms and conditions they may have talks regarding the shares. Later the hotel will appear online. The procedure is almost the same for everyone.

Don't Go gaga over Oyo by reading the success stories. No doubt in saying it made the hotels better for travellers but Guess what, Below are my life experiences with Oyo(Yes I never Booked any other).
I always Prefer Oyo Home
If you are using it for a while, you might know the levels in Oyo. Spot On, Oyo, Oyo Flagship, Oyo Home, Silver Key, Collection O and Townhouse.
Why Choose Oyo Home: Simple. They are Just Like independent Houses and so I vote them. As Homes are not available at every destination, Collection O might be also a great choice as they are personally owned and Operated by Oyo itself. Lastly, they are AFFORDABLE Like any other hotels/hostels out there. whatever, Don't worry about the price as I will be sharing a deal at the end.
Always have your Bath towels:
Most of the hotels these days are providing the white linen bath towels but somehow I don't prefer them after my drastic personal experience.
Some Don't provide bath towels as well.
Here I am not against any online platform.
My Experience in Pondicherry: That's in 2018 October. I Booked Oyo in Pondicherry and I am about to check out. However, the rented bike looks bad with birds shit and I requested a cloth from caretaker there. He simply takes out linen towel which is supposed to be washed and whispers "Sir, However, they will get washed today". However, I cleaned with it but stunned inside. Hence I am Travelling with my towels and all fro 2018
Never keep valuable things inside the hotel:
On one more day, I came across a Facebook post from a travellers group
The summary of the post is "They Booked a private villa in Goibibo and checked in during the late night. Everything looks fine. By 3 am or around their valuables including phone are missing which worth 2Lakhs. However, they are proceeding it legally". Just don't risk yourselves. They are more chances of having a second key at the management. Moreover, The online portals just overlook them but most of them are managed by its owners or employees itself.
All About Pricing:
I can't assure you about the offline prices as I never walk into the hotel by paying offline. But if you are looking for Oyo, all types of hotels including luxury stays are affordable for all.
