Day 1

So I planned on going for my First solo trip to the hills and that had to be Auli. I love hill stations and snow. The pahad wali Maggie and lemon ginger honey tea in the freezing weather is my kinda thing. I took a bus from Majnu ka Tilla which left at around 10 pm and we reached Auli at 6 Pm the next day. More than 20 hrs. So the first day was some good music in the bus, making friends and amazing view by the way.

So Auli is basically a snow ski resort and a hillstation which is 10,000 plus feet high. We first go to Joshimath and then take a ropeway to Auli (1000 Rs per person)

Day 2

The second day was the main day of the trip. After making friends and knowing people it became easy for me to stay there. So on 22nd February we had to go to Auli. We took a ropeway which takes 20-25 mins to reach Auli. You won't believe the transformation of greens to white was just magical. Snow everywhere. Felt like heaven. We did snow skiing and sledging which was total for rs 500 ( because we were a big group) and the life changing experience that I had? THE SNOWFALL. YESSSSSSSS. It was totally unexpected and beautiful. I never thought I'll be feeling so positive and lively after the snowfall, like I forgot about every stress and tention in my life.  And we eneded the Auli trip with pahadi Maggie and my favourite honey lemon ginger tea. Like I said. 😛

Day 3

The last day and the final day of leaving this beautiful place. We went the most famous Narsingh Mandir. It is devoted to Lord Narsingh, the 4th incarnation of the Hindu God Vishnu.

After this wonderful trip we took a lot of memories with us and came back to the hustle and bustle of Delhi. I still can't get over the snowfall. Still as fresh as that day. I wish to go there again someday
