We can spend months in Goa for adventures, night life, a family holiday for some relaxation or for doing nothing yes I mean it, one can stay in Goa doing nothing, but spending just 4 days was not bad too. I went on a girls trip for the first time ever :P but trust me its was at its best, it could not have been any better. We spent two days at Palolem Beach, South Goa and two days at Baga Beach, North Goa. Two extremes but amazing in there own ways.
Day 1 : We stayed in a on beach resort named Shawnel's Resort. We put our bags down changed n rushed to Beach. Played a while and we were damn hungry. Had an amazing food at one of the shacks there not sure about the name but we called it Vishal Bhaiyas ( A very caring guy )shack. We asked him to arrange fire camp and a table for four on the beach for that night. All evening we were in the sea. Playing singing laughing out loud and what not. By the way South Goa is mostly peaceful and less crowded. One finds less Indians there. And beautiful scenery around. That was the best night. We were on beach till 3AM and the kind Vishal Bhaiya had not closed the shack until we left.
Day 2 : The day of adventures. We rented 2 two wheelers and started in the morning to the Mobor Beach. All we did is on the google maps and then the road was all ours singing yeh dostiiiiii hum nahiii bhulengee .... jai jai shiv shankarrrrrr... wowww what a gala time that was. And then Mr. Lester to whom we had spoken over the phone and had made our booking in advance helped us enjoy our water sports. dont forget to try banaba ride... dubuk dubuk dubuk :P by evening we were back at Shawnel's. We had a lovely couple George and Lee as our neighbor hut. It all started with a smile and piece of conversation and ended with dinner. and not to forget he played guitar for us.
Day 3 and Day 4 : At North Goa, the place for night life, parties, loud music, food, dance and drinks and of course shopping :P Day 4 we roamed and did a bit of shopping. and in the evening we had been to the Kabana pub. It had an amazing crowd. After a couple of drinks and dance we preffered to just sit down. Its always nice to meet new people and have some conversations. We met the coach of Virat Kholi there and my friend Nisha was so excited. I also happened to talk to a Brit guy who came to India for his cultural studies. And can you believe we had a discussion on Bhagvat Geeta :D Yes we did.
And then we flew back to Bangalore on Day 5.
Go Goa Gone and returned :)
