The beautiful Kargil is an unexplored and raw place in Ladakh region. Hardly a 5 hours drive from Kashmir, this place is situated along the Suru River. The National Highway 301, leads to Zanskar Valley.
Suru Valley is the most scenic and serene place in the district. The Village of Trespone is also a historically important place. It is famous for the 17th Century Hilltop Imambara. The Imambara serves as a viewpoint to 7 Villages. The architecture and design in the area is mostly stone masonry.
Trespone Valley Resort is built amid the Village with the Suru River on the front side and the glacier in the backdrop.
