HADSHI
One more offbeat location for weekend trip is Hadshi. This is one of the best locations for family outing. It is about 50 km from pune city. It is located in Mulshi near kolvan village. Hadshi is famous for shri satya sai baba temple. Once you enter the temple premises a small canteen can be seen, little further on left hand side there is sant Darshan museum. In front side there is Lord Ganesh temple and stairs are available beside it to go to main temple ie Shri Satya Saibaba temple/Shri Pandurang Kshetra temple. This temple is built on table land which is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Here you can enjoy flat table land covered with green lawn. Restaurants and Toilets facilities are available. Parking area of temple is little inside and very big and currently parking charges for vehicles is free.
How To Reach Hadshi
Distance of Hadshi temple from Pune is 50 kms. There are mainly 2 ways to reach temple. One way is through Shivaji nagar→Pashan→Mulkhed road→Kolwan→Hadshi and another way is through Kothrud→Chandni Chowk,→Pirangut→Paud →Hadshi. The temple is in the middle of mountains and has huge very well maintained grounds on both sides.Hadshi lake is further 3.6 kms in distance from Hadshi temple.
There is statue museum near temple. Sant Darshan museum consists of idols of God, Goddess and Maharashtrian saints. Kids enjoy that museum lot. There are also adventurous activities available within the premises of temple .One can have lot of fun here
Hadshi Temple
Hadshi- Pandurang Kshetra is built by Mr Jadhav according to Shri Satya Sai baba in 2009. This temple is spread on 300 acres of land. It is a very beautiful place surrounded by mountains & greenary. Many Punekar & Mumbaikar visit this place during Mansoon season. This temple open from Morning 7am to late night 8pm daily. Lawn is spread over 4 acres of land. Very beautiful landscaping is done. The first floor of the temple has the Pandurang Shrine while the ground floor has both the Sai Babas. The late sathya Sai baba visited this place in 2009 and the photos on the wall show thousands of followers on the lawns of the temple listening to discourses.
Sant Darshan Museum
Sant Darshan Museum. Feel like a lilliputian amongst the ginormous structures of saints and deities at this spectacular museum in Hadashi. Santdarshan Museum in Mulshi, Pune is a top player in the category Museums in the Pune. This well-known establishment acts as a one-stop destination servicing customers both local and from other parts of Pune.
Even have sculptures of Sai Baba, Shiv Parvati, Krishna, Sant Namdev, Sant Tukaram and Nandi to name the few as the list is endless! Total around 1220 sculptures.The Shiv Parvati sculpture is a staggering 15 feet tall, while the Sai Baba sculpture is even taller at an impressive height of 30 feet. Can you imagine? The place is made in the shape of a cave which makes the stroll inside the museum even more fascinating. Once you are at the museum, you will find yourself ogling the sculptures, appreciating the artwork and how every minute detail of the facial structures is well taken care of. That is what makes these structures even more lifelike. In our opinion, irrespective of whether you have a religious inclination of not, you must visit this museum and we promise you won't regret it. Cost of visiting museum is 200 rs per person.

Hadshi Lake
Hadshi Lake is at a distance of 3.6 kms from Hadshi temple. Boating facility is available at Lake.Tikona fort can be seen from here. There are also various options for Camping at Hadshi and Pawna Lake provided by private Group.Cost of camping will be in range of 1000- 1500 rs per person.Pawna Lake is around 10 kms from Hadshi.
Camping is calm and serene and one can seat beside lake and witness natures beauty with breezy air flow. Camping offers peace, and relaxing atmosphere. Its helps to get close to nature and much needed break from hectic routines, excel ppts and targets.
Sound of chirping birds in evening and calm water rippling is beauty of lakeside camping.
