It is situated in Nasik city outside area. This caves are a group of 24 caves carved between the 1st century BCE and the 3rd century BCE(more than 2000 years ago). These caves are represent Hinayana Buddhisam.It is holy place for buddhist. In these caves there are monasteries, shrines, water tanks, pillars, and carvings found inside are remarkable.You need to climb a small hill which require around 250 steps. Very nice atmosphere as we were here around in monsoon season.
