Day 1

So 15 days back we were in jaipur sitting sad coz our hot air balloon safari was running full and we couldn't do it. We visited Jaipur this year during the republic day long weekend but due to high number of tourists the balloon safari was running full. We so much wanted to tick it off our bucketlist that we literally were numb for sometime. Then we started what to do instead.
So one of my friend suggested lets try Ranthambore. And in a minute we all were on our phone trying to get us booked on safari the next day.
Luckily we got the evening safari for us.
Yayyyyyy!!!
.
.
So next day our trip started with full enthusiasm. Four girls singing songs, telling travel stories and our driver was really helpful to guide us all throughout the way.
We even had our DDLJ (tujhe dekha toh) moment in sarso k khet...🤪
.
.
We reached perfectly on time. But had to wait for the gypsy for half an hour. Anyway our jungle safari started amidst the beautiful Aravalli mountains. Ranthambore has 10 different zones and we were going in zone 7. We heard in morning safari 3 gypsy saw tiger there. So we were really hopeful.
For one of my friend it was her first jungle safari, for me n other it was 5-6th i guess. And the other one is jungle lover with her 16-17th safari and she saw tiger for 10-11 times.
We started the up and down journey with full josh and shivering ( coz of cold wind).
We went to the top of Aravalli , had our short photo session and then again started the safari.
And to our SURPRISE within half an hour of our trip we saw a tiger taking its kill up the hill.

So when we were going normally we saw some dogs running very fast towards us. And just after that our driver yelled TIGER TIGER!!  We were like is he gone mad...these are dogs!! And when we looked in his fingers direction we could spot the Tiger!!
Actually that tigress killed a dear and went to have some water. Meanwhile these dogs started enjoying the kill and when she returned theh fled from the spot.
And we got to see the amazing scene of that tigress taking her kill up the hill.
So we called it a day and satisfied we then returned to  jaipur. But on the way we were disappointed by chokhi dhani...will update in the next blog about that.
